ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Cristina Glaria is a co-founder and Senior Vice President of TCRE, a full service commercial real estate brokerage firm in South Florida. Ms. Glaria has nearly a decade of experience representing Tier 1 trophy assets in the Central Business Districts of the Tri-county region. She is committed to helping her clients maximize profitability in all transaction aspects including creative lease structuring, financial analysis, overall strategy implementation and the use of interactive and innovative marketing techniques.

Ms. Glaria has been involved in completing some of South Florida’s most notable and complex lease transactions, including: Citigroup –125,000 sf, Univita Health –92,000 sf, Shook Hardy & Bacon –60,000 sf, Morgan Stanley –55,000 sf, We Work–40,000 sf, GIA-44,000 sf, VITAS Healthcare –35,000 sf, Convey Health Solutions – 33,000 sf, Bank of America –30,000 sf, Hughes Hubbard Reed –25,000 sf, Duane Morris – 23,000 sf.

Prior to joining TCRE, Ms. Glaria served as Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield where she leased a portfolio of over 4 million square feet of premier Class A properties throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County.

Ms. Glaria graduated from the University of Florida, cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Real Estate. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami’s Young Professionals and Habitat for Humanity’s Women’s Council and a member of the Women Building Up Women Initiative. She is an active member of CREW Miami, the South Florida Office Brokers Association and NAIOP South Florida. Ms. Glaria and her team were awarded NAIOP’s Office Brokerage Team of the Year for 2015 and 2017 based on the volume, total lease value and complexity of transactions closed in South Florida. She was also recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for Miami-Dade County in 2017.
