Her experience spans ground-up development, stabilized assets, and value-add properties, supporting agency leasing, tenant representation, and capital markets transactions.

Ms. Andre collaborates with TCRE’s brokerage professionals to develop targeted strategies that drive leasing velocity and investor interest. She is known for her organized, market-driven approach and clear communication, helping clients maximize exposure and value for their assets.

Ms. Andre is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Professional and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University, along with an Advanced Graphic Design Certificate from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.
