The Challenge:

MLG was a small firm operating out of executive suites for the first 12 months of their existence. During this period, the firm experienced tremendous growth, taking down every available office the executive suite operator would lease out. This was proving to be an inefficient and costly scenario for the firm.

The Solution:

After interviewing the partners, we established that MLG didn’t need to be in a more expensive downtown location. With this, we surveyed opportunities across suburban Broward County. Our goal was to find a building that could accommodate the firm immediately and handle up to 25K SF of growth over the next 24 months. We identified a suburban office building with all the amenities of something downtown, plus an aggressive rental rate and incentives that would offset moving and startup costs. Within three months, MLG was relocated from an inefficient, costly executive suite to a permanent location that accommodated both their financial and growth requirements.
