Cushman & Wakefield announced that it has negotiated an 18,835-square-foot office lease on behalf of the law firm of Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath at Northbridge Centre in West Palm Beach.

Director Kevin D. Landers represented Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath in the long-term renewal of its existing space. Jon Blunk of Tower Commercial represented building owner Greenfield Partners in the transaction.

Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath has operated its practice out of Northbridge Centre since the building’s completion in the mid 80s, specializing in cases involving auto accidents, medical malpractice and product liability. The firm litigates throughout Florida and the United States and employs 83 individuals in the building, including 17 highly decorated attorneys.

Northbridge Centre is a 21-story, LEED Certified and ENERGY STAR-rated Class A office tower featuring an attached parking garage, two on-site restaurants, full-service banking, a salon, a fitness center and on-site management and security. Greenfield Partners is planning a multimillion dollar interior and exterior renovation project in the near future, including new exterior signage for Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath and a common area refresh on the firm’s main floor.

Northbridge Centre is located at 515 North Flagler Drive, offering unobstructed views of the Intracoastal, Palm Beach Island and the Atlantic Ocean while providing multiple access points to Interstate 95 via Palm Beach Lakes and Okeechobee Boulevard.

“We were thrilled to execute this long-term renewal, keeping Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath in the same building that they have been in for the past 30 years,” said Landers. “Ownership’s tremendous commitment to the building and its tenants was paramount in our decision to execute the renewal.”
