Related Ross, led by Stephen M. Ross, broke ground on the 10 CityPlace and 15 CityPlace office towers in West Palm Beach.

Located at 550 S. Rosemary Square within the CityPlace mixed-use project downtown, 15 CityPlace will total about 500,000 square feet in 26 stories, including 20,000 square feet of retail. The neighboring 10 CityPlace will have 480,000 square feet of offices in 25 stories.

Kohn Pederson Fox designed 10 CityPlace and Arquitectonica designed 15 CityPlace. The general contractor is PB South Construction. They should complete both offices in 2027.

“We love designing buildings that have context,”

said Bernardo Fort-Brescia, founding principal of Arquitectonica.

“This building is part of something larger, a walking neighborhood. Then, as it rises into the skyline, its fluid curving forms visually connect with the nearby waters of the intracoastal.”

Related Ross said 15 CityPlace is 60% pre-leased. As previously announced Cleveland Clinic Florida has leased 125,000 square feet in that building for an expansion of its outpatient care center in West Palm Beach. That’s in addition to building a hospital in the city.

“The groundbreaking of 10 and 15 CityPlace represents the culmination of Related Ross’ three- decade commitment to creating a dynamic, integrated urban core,”

said Jordan Rathlev, senior VP of development of Related Ross. “Cleveland Clinic’s decision to quadruple their footprint with a 125,000-square-foot lease at 15 CityPlace demonstrates the growing appeal of West Palm Beach as a center for leading institutions across healthcare, technology, and finance.”

He also noted that Vanderbilt University has committed to building a second campus in West Palm Beach, only blocks away from CityPlace.

Jon Blunk of TCRE Commercial Real Estate Experts, is representing Related Ross in the leasing of 10 CityPlace and 15 CityPlace.

Related Ross has invested heavily in the downtown West Palm Beach office market, where it owns 1.7 million square feet of space. It recently completed the One Flagler office tower, which is 95% leased. Related Ross announced a $120 million renovation of Phillips Point West and Phillips Point East.
