Former Cushman & Wakefield commercial brokers Jon Blunk, Laurel Oswald and Cristina Glaria have left the firm to form their own company.
Miami-based Tower Commercial Real Estate already manages a 3 million-square-foot portfolio of Class A office space. In the past year, this team closed 71 transactions, including 560,000 square feet of leases with a combined value of more than $230 million. They were named NAIOP South Florida’s 2015 Office Brokerage Team of the Year.
The new firm named Blunk president, Oswald executive director and Glaria director. It also hired Joody Andre as marketing director.
While it’s based in downtown Miami, Tower Commercial Real Estate also has offices in Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach.
