Tower CRE Secures 27,000 SF of Leases and Five New Tenants at Miami’s Citigroup Center – Spec Suites Attract New-to-Market Tenants

MIAMI (October 1, 2019)—Tower Commercial Real Estate (Tower CRE), a full-service commercial real estate brokerage in South Florida, today announced approximately 27,000 square feet of lease transactions have been secured at Citigroup Center, the 34-story, Class A trophy office tower connected to the InterContinental Hotel at 201 S. Biscayne Blvd. in Downtown Miami.

The leasing team, led by Tower CRE President Jon Blunk, Senior Vice President Cristina Glaria, and Executive Director Laurel Oswald, is pleased to welcome several new-to-market tenants to the building. They include Arias Capital, a corporate relocation from New York City; the newly launched Face Capital Advisors; Mambu Americas, which relocated from WeWork in Brickell; Safira Wealth Management, headquartered in Switzerland; and Intercom Americas, which relocated from Lincoln Road in Miami Beach. In addition, several renewals have been finalized, including Negocios En USA and Bank of Nova Scotia.
